Lifetime customer support
Many of our customers require a higher degree of technical support and ongoing assistance. We realize this aspect of our business and embrace it. Our entire process is geared towards ensuring the purchase of adaptive technology is an ongoing positive experience.

Initially, we offer the ability to personally try out the technology. Our offices are equipped with full demonstration facilities. Virtually every product we sell is available for a personal demonstration . For those not able to visit us, we offer no obligation trial periods, loan equipment or in-home demonstrations.

Once the purchase decision is made, we can offer competitive pricing due to volume purchasing and prompt delivery as we stock most items.

Once the equipment is received, we offer lifetime technical support via toll free telephone or if necessary, on-site training or problem solving. Our technical support staff is well versed in the operational aspects of every device we sell.

Through our subsidiary, Aroga Technical Services (ATS), we offer full warranty and repair facilities. Our technicians are factory trained and certified. Turnaround time is excellent, usually within 5 business days of receiving the device. ATS also offers extended warranties.
