Aroga offers a number of options for remote training and repair using Remote Incident Manager software (RIM).
RIM allows us to connect to your computer and operate it exactly as if we were sitting with you at your computer. Using RIM and a telephone or its built-in voice over IP feature, there is little that we cannot do to help you with your computer.
Training and Support are sold in packages of time. How you use this time is up to you. For example if you purchased 4 hours of time, you could use an hour for training on how to use email, then in a month use 15 minutes for help on how to format a Word document, a week after that you might use 45 minutes for an Aroga tech to help remove a virus from your computer. Afterwards you would then have two hours banked for future use.
Your time never expires, is timed by the minute, and can be used for training and support as you see fit.
Consider the time, hassle and expense of taking your computer to a computer store for repair. Our RIM option is cheaper, immediate and can resolve most computer problems without unplugging anything.
To get started, all you need to do is install the RIM software. This will only allow us to connect to your machine when you invite us and it does not compromise your computer's security in any way.
