The Aroga Experience
A pelvic health program—not a single treatment.
We begin with what you are experiencing and what you want to get back to. Your clinical team then helps create the right pathway around you.
The Problem
Pelvic floor symptoms can quietly shrink your life.
Leaks, urgency and loss of confidence can change how you exercise, travel, sleep, socialize and connect.
The Approach
We begin with a conversation—not a device.
Every person completes a short form and has a complimentary consultation with an Aroga pelvic floor coach before a program is recommended.
The Goal
More freedom, confidence and trust in your body.
Your plan is designed around meaningful progress in daily life, with clinical follow-up along the way.
Does This Sound Familiar?
You do not have to plan your life around your bladder.
Pelvic floor changes can affect women and men at many stages of life—after childbirth, during hormonal changes, after prostate-related treatment, with aging, or alongside changes in activity and health.
Consider taking the first step if you experience:
- Leakage when you cough, sneeze, laugh, run, lift or exercise
- A sudden or frequent urge to urinate
- Difficulty making it to the bathroom in time
- Waking at night to use the bathroom
- Changes after pregnancy or childbirth
- Changes during perimenopause or menopause
- Urinary changes after prostate-related treatment
- Less confidence in movement, travel or intimacy
We treat pelvic floor health as part of whole-body health—not a cosmetic service.

Physician or specialist assessment
If symptoms need medical assessment or another form of care, the clinical team can help arrange the appropriate consultation or referral.
Physiotherapy assessment

Why Aroga Brought This Program to Victoria
It began with our team member's personal experience
After giving birth, a Victoria family physician experienced bladder leakage when she returned to running. Chair-based pelvic floor treatment helped her return to running with greater confidence.
Her experience helped inspire Aroga to bring this option to Victoria within a broader, clinician-led pelvic health program—one that begins with understanding the person, offers more than one path, and supports progress over time.
This experience is personal. Individual suitability and results vary.
Frequently Asked Questions
Questions are part of the process.
The first step is designed to help you understand your options—not pressure you into a decision.
What is the Pelvic Floor Vitality Program?
It is a clinician-led program for women and men experiencing urinary leakage or other pelvic floor changes. It begins with a short form and a complimentary consultation with an Aroga pelvic floor coach. Your clinical team then recommends a customized pathway based on your symptoms, goals and clinical needs.
What happens after I complete the form?
Everyone who completes the form will be contacted to arrange a complimentary 15-minute consultation with an Aroga pelvic floor coach, by phone or in person.
What happens during the consultation?
Your coach will review your form, ask about your symptoms and goals, and help determine the most appropriate next step. This may be a chair-based program, a physician consultation or another referral.
Is this program for women and men?
Yes. Pelvic floor changes can affect women and men at different stages of life, including after childbirth, during perimenopause or menopause, and after prostate-related treatment.
Do I stay fully clothed during chair-based treatment?
Yes. You remain fully clothed throughout the chair-based treatment session. No internal examination is required for the chair-based treatment itself.
How many sessions will I need?
Your clinical team will recommend the most appropriate program after your consultation, considering your symptoms, goals, relevant health history and the level of follow-up that may be helpful.
What if I have pelvic pain, pressure or symptoms of prolapse?
These symptoms may require physician assessment before chair-based treatment is considered. Your Aroga pelvic floor coach will help coordinate the appropriate next step.
What does the program cost?
The initial 15-minute consultation is complimentary. Chair-based treatment programs are private-pay services. When a physician assessment is clinically indicated, eligible MSP-insured physician services are billed to MSP where applicable. All private fees will be explained before you decide whether to proceed.
Who may not be suitable for chair-based treatment?
Chair-based treatment may not be appropriate during pregnancy or for people with pacemakers, certain implanted electronic devices, or particular metal implants. Your Aroga pelvic floor coach and clinical team will review relevant safety considerations and recommend another pathway when appropriate.
