Coordinated Team-Based Care
You are not someone who falls apart easily.
You have built a life that requires a lot from you. You show up, you follow through, and you carry more than most people know.
So when your body started shifting, you did what you always do. You researched. You adjusted. You added magnesium and cut caffeine and tried going to bed earlier. You booked appointments and described your symptoms and waited for someone to connect the dots.
And still.
You wake at 3am and sleep eludes you for the remainder of the night. Mood shifts without warning and you get the rages. Your energy? Not enough for what you need to do your life. Focus, the thing you have always counted on, has become foggy.
And the part nobody talks about enough: you are managing this change in your life while managing everything (and everybody) else. Nobody handed you a plan and you feel like you have to fix this too.
When on the surface everything is good, you start asking what is wrong with you. Which leads to feeling even worse, right?
You are not fragile, broken or a drama queen. You are under-supported. And there is a real difference.
Here is what changes when a woman is properly supported through this stage of life.
Her sleep steadies, giving her the recovery she actually needs.
Her nervous system settles, reducing the baseline hum of anxiety.
The fog lifts, and her sharp, reliable mind returns.
Her body becomes her friend again, rather than a problem to solve.
Her confidence comes back online, grounded in physical stability.
She feels free to be herself and never apologizes for the experience of being a woman going through menopause.
The bottom line? You don’t need to be a different version of yourself.
We will give you the structure, guidance, and consistent support to get back to the version of yourself that has been there all along.
That is why we built the Aroga Women’s Health Program.

What These Programs Are And Are Not
We want to be exceptionally clear: Aroga does not sell physician access.
Physician services for medically necessary care are publicly funded through MSP. All women in British Columbia who have a referral can access our Foundations Program at no private cost.
The Meridian and Vitality programs are private offerings built around your medical care. They provide the comprehensive coaching, exercise, community support, and specialized tools that are not covered by MSP but are profoundly necessary for a successful transition through perimenopause and menopause.
These programs do not replace emergency care or primary care. They do not provide expedited access to MSP funded services. They do not guarantee specific outcomes.
They do provide something that is genuinely hard to find: consistent, compassionate, qualified guidance through a transition that deserves more than a few appointments scattered across a year.
The Cost of Waiting
“If you tell yourself… this is just how it is now.”
We often see women who have been white-knuckling through these changes for years. They have normalized feeling exhausted, they have accepted the brain fog, and they are quietly suffering through physical changes because society told them “this is just part of aging.”
But here is the medical reality: The window for proactive health care narrows.
- Sleep debt accumulates, affecting cognitive function.
- Metabolic shifts compound, making weight management increasingly difficult.
- Bone density changes accelerate during the menopausal transition.
Make the choice to get the proactive care you want and need, today; so you can have the kind of future health you want.
