At Aroga, we’re changing that. This physician-led program brings together a multidisciplinary team. It is a six-month program that integrates medical, emotional, and lifestyle care to help you feel strong, balanced, and supported.

Physician visits are covered by MSP (in BC) or OHIP (in Ontario) for medically necessary services. However, the Women’s Health Program also includes services that are not covered by provincial health insurance.
A typical investment starts at $1,999, depending on your personalized care plan and the services included.
Yes. Many of the services in the program are reimbursable through extended health benefits or health spending accounts. Program costs are also tax deductible.
Yes. We offer flexible financing options to make the program accessible. Please ask our team about available plans.
The core program runs for 6 months, giving you time for thorough assessment, hormone therapy, lifestyle focused treatment, and follow-up. After that, we recommend our “Healthy for Life” Membership for lighter-touch support, including online resources, webinars, and continued medical follow-up.

No. Hormone therapy is just one option. We also provide non-hormonal medications, nutrition, sleep support and other lifestyle medicine options. Your plan is always tailored to your goals, challenges and medical history.

We’ll review your current regimen and symptoms with you. Many women benefit from fine-tuning their treatment or adding complementary approaches like nutrition and movement therapy.

Yes. Most consultations and follow-ups can be done by secure video. Certain assessments and labs are in-clinic, but virtual participation is an option for many patients.
