Certified as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, he delivers specialized exercise rehabilitation and training that is uniquely informed by his strong personal background in athletics. He applies the resilience and discipline learned through competitive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and kickboxing to his work, resulting in proven success coaching military units, professional athletes, and general population beginners.

How to Book Your Exercise Session

Booking your first session is simple — whether you prefer in-person care in Victoria or virtual sessions from home.

Step 1 – Download the CHRConnect App

Access it through your web browser or download it on your phone.

Step 2 – Create Your Account

Use the same name and email that appear in your Aroga chart so our system recognizes you.

Step 3 – Schedule Your Appointment
  • Select “+ New Appointment.”
  • Choose “Virtual” or “In-Person.”
  • Select “Aroga Lifestyle Medicine Victoria.”
  • Choose “Exercise.”
  • Pick the date and time that work best for you.
