Ingredients
- 2 Apple (cored and sliced)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsps All Natural Peanut Butter
Directions
- Cut apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Plate with 1 Tsbp peanut butter.
- Enjoy slowly, while sitting down.

- Pears can be used in place of apples
