  • 2 Apple (cored and sliced)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsps All Natural Peanut Butter


  1. Cut apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Plate with 1 Tsbp peanut butter.
  2. Enjoy slowly, while sitting down.


  • Pears can be used in place of apples
