Ingredients
- 1 Apple (chopped)
- 1 Banana (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Strawberries (sliced)
- 2 Tbsp Gogi Berries (optional)
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
- 1 cup Plant-Based Milk Of Choice
Directions
Chop your fruit into small bite sized pieces. Place into bowl(s), add your plant-based milk, and top with cinnamon, gogi berries and hemp seeds. Enjoy!
Tips
Additional Toppings: top with nuts, seeds, rolled oats and/or a natural nut butter
Variety: use seasonal fruit to keep this breakfast fresh and exciting
In place of hemp seeds you can use chia seeds, ground flax, cashews or slivered almonds
