Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1 Pear (ripe, cut around core, leave skin on)
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseeds
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or enough to cover ingredients in blender)

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
