Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Canned Diced Tomato
  • 1 can Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 can Pureed Pumpkin Or Refried Beans
  • 1 can Canned Corn
  • 2 Green Bell Pepper (de-seeded and chopped)
  • 1 White Onion (diced)
  • 4 Garlic (cloves, minced)
  • 2 tsps Cumin
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 3 tbsps Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir until combined. No need to drain beans, add juices.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Ladle into bowls and enjoy!
