Ingredients
- 2 pieces Pineapple (cut into rounds or slices)
- 1/2 lime (zest and juice)
- 1/4 bunch mint Leaves
Directions
- Place the pineapple on the plate.
- Top with the zest and juice of ½ lime
- Top with fresh mint leaves.
Tips
- Add raspberries for a pop of colour
- You can substitute the pineapple for mango which pairs well with lime
