Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Pineapple (cut into rounds or slices)
  • 1/2 lime (zest and juice)
  • 1/4 bunch mint Leaves

Directions

  1. Place the pineapple on the plate.
  2. Top with the zest and juice of ½ lime
  3. Top with fresh mint leaves.

Tips

  • Add raspberries for a pop of colour
  • You can substitute the pineapple for mango which pairs well with lime
